VALUATION, CONSULTATION & DESIGN
After receiving invitation to Tender and subsequent acceptance, Crofton Interiors will appoint a Design, Project and Contracts Manager. The Design team will be the first to liaise with the client to ensure we have all the required specifications for the CAD drawings and obtain samples for all bespoke items. The Contracts and Project Managers will assess the site and note any abnormalities that could cause delays or hinder the Project Build Phase.
PLANNING & PROCUREMENT
We source materials locally where possible, unless the client has a bespoke design which specifies a certain supplier. All our suppliers are pre-checked and rated as approved by our Estimating Team before orders are placed.
Crofton interiors will plan the logistics and traffic management around the site, aiming to provide as little disruption to the local community as possible, whilst sticking to the project plan.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT, H&S & INSTALLATION
Our Project Manager will produce a schedule of works using our Design Management System. This outlines the full scope of works, lists all of the required materials and enables us to plan the installation in phases. This allows for the Construction team to manufacture and install all items to a programmed agenda, ensuring that the whole project runs smoothly and that every component is to the highest standard of quality.
On completion an operations and maintenance manual is issued to the client This ensures that they have all the detailed specifications, test certificates, guarantees and instructions for correctly maintaining the products installed. Our Post Contracts Team are on hand after the build is complete to assist with questions, snagging and any issues that may arise after completion.
