Scope of Works:
This project was split into two phases due to the tenant wanting to stay in the space whilst works were being carried out. Temporary acoustic hoarding was erected to minimise noise whilst carrying out works in one half of the space.
Works include strip out of partitions, bulkheads and doors, remove and re-configure existing glazing to suit new layout. Relocation of existing floor boxes, lighting, and emergency lighting. New FCU’s and controls to suit new layout. Installation of new partitions & bulkheads to form new meeting rooms. Adjust existing sprinkler & fire alarm system to suit new layout. Decoration to all new partitions and base build walls.
